The Fund's investment objective is to generate capital appreciation through a diversified portfolio of investments (the "Portfolio Investments") in early stage development companies (the "Portfolio Companies").
Upon identifying a potential opportunity, the Fund's management team will perform an initial screening to determine whether pursuing intensive due diligence is merited. As part of this process, the Fund has identified several criteria management believes are important in evaluating and investing in prospective Portfolio Companies. These criteria provide general policies for the Fund's investment decisions. However, you should be aware that not all of these criteria will be met by each prospective Portfolio Company in which the Fund invests.
Generally, the Fund will seek to use its access to information generated by the management team to identify investment candidates and to structure investments rapidly and effectively.
